Replaced customers 3 ton gas package unit.

Homeowner informed me that the gas package was not cooling well. Found that the compressor contactor was defective. Replaced part as needed. Also repaired return duct in crawlspace where there was duct leakage.

Customer drain line was broken where line set and drain exit the attic. Was able to remove top section of line hide from side of two story building by accessing it with a 24 ft extension ladder. Repaired drain line as needed by gluing a new elbow and short piece of pvc pipe. Reinstalled line hide afterwards and verified proper operations.

Customers old unit was not operational due to rusted out heat exchanger. I was able to provide photos of the heat exchanger and explained the dangers associated with it. Customer opted for system replacement and we were able to get system replaced in a timely manner.
